New in Data Hub : Scheduled Reports π¬
Dear Admins, following our recent major release of the new Data Hub, we're excited to introduce a new feature that seamlessly extends its capabilities, making your management tasks even more efficient and personalized: Scheduled Reports of different Data Dashboards.
What is the New Feature?
Scheduled Reports allow you to automate the delivery of various dashboard reports directly to your inbox.
This new feature supports PDF, CSV, and PNG formats, ensuring compatibility across different platforms and ease of sharing.
Whether you need daily insights or a monthly overview, Scheduled Reports can be customized to fit your specific requirements.
Benefits for Admins:
Automated Delivery: Schedule reports to receive them at your preferred frequency β daily, weekly, or monthly.
Customizable Filters: Apply filters to receive the data you need, avoiding information overload.
Format Flexibility: Choose from PDF, CSV, and PNG formats for your reports, making it easy to share and analyze the data across your organization.
In the Scheduled Delivery Form you have 3 pages:
1. Settings where you can do basic and advanced settings to the Reports you will be recieving such as: Name, Recurrence ( Week, Date, Time + Custom months, Format
2. Filters where you can apply advanced filters to your report
3. Additional advanced options such as custom message, size etc.
ππ»ββοΈ Use Case Example: Workplace Policy Compliance Management
Imagine streamlining the management of Workplace Policy Compliance. Hereβs how:
Schedule the Delivery: An admin can set up the Workplace Policy Compliance dashboard to be filtered by team, select CSV zip file as the format, and name the schedule after the team (e.g., Facilities Team_Workplace Policies Compliance).
Automate the Forwarding: The admin sets up an automatic forward to the team manager's email, utilizing features available in both Outlook and Google.
This process ensures that team managers have direct access to compliance data specific to their department, enhancing policy adherence and simplifying compliance tracking.
Currently, dashboard scheduling is available for admins to schedule reports for themselves only.
We're continuously working on enhancing these capabilities to include broader distribution options in the future.
