Allow QR check-ins by meeting attendees

Sometimes, the meeting organizer is working from home or out-of-office.
Organizations requiring onsite check-ins via QR code can result in their meeting room booking getting automatically canceled, as they cannot check in.

With this enhancement, other meeting attendees can check in via QR code on behalf of the organizer.

In the Analytics it will be visible who was the person that did the on-site check in.
