Sync Google Calendar with OfficeRnD

The goal of our solution is to fit seamlessly into your technology stack. In November we continue to expand our integrations with Google Calendar. With the integration, you can take advantage of OfficeRnD visual and intuitive advanced room booking flow while having all your meetings in Google Calendar as well.

The integration provides a two-way sync with Google Calendar. All meetings that you create or edit in Google Calendar are reflected in OfficeRnD and vice versa.

• When a booking is made/updated/canceled in OfficeRnD, it is sent to the meeting room, organizer and guests calendars in Google Calendar

• When a booking is made/updated/canceled in Google Calendar, it is sent it to the OfficeRnD calendar

• The integration works for one-off and recurring bookings

Create and manage employees with Google Directory

For all our customers that use Google products, we now have the perfect solution to manage your employees in OfficeRnD. Our Google Directory integrations allows you to sync and keep it always up-to-date your employees from the active directory to OfficeRnD. The integration allows you to effortlessly:

• Create employees and teams in OfficeRnD which are added to Groups in Google Directory

• Gives you the flexibility to choose which Groups to be synced

• Adding and updating users in Google Directory is automatically synced to OfficeRnD
