Introducing Delegated Bookings

For all employees who come regularly to the office and have visibility on their agenda, recurring bookings save a ton of time. Now recurring bookings are available in the mobile app. Employees can create a desk booking e.g. for every Tuesday and Thursday for a period in the future and they won’t need to take care of it biweekly anymore. Recurring bookings are available as a step in the booking process. At any time you can cancel the entire recurring booking or just a single occurrence.

Recurring bookings can be enabled/disabled from the Booking Policies. Admins can also limit the recurring bookings span to adhere to their hybrid work policy.

Introducing Delegated Bookings

We have introduced Delegated Bookings which allow employees to book on behalf of other team members in the Web Portal and Mobile App when you open the detail booking screen and click on More Options. Delegated bookings are available for all bookable desks and spaces. With this new feature:

Team leads will be able to book desks for the entire team when they plan to be in the office

Office managers will be able to book a neighborhood for visitors

Personal assistants will be able to book a meeting room for his boss.
