November 2021 Update: Introducing the Personal Schedule Page

The OfficeRnD team has been hard at work this month working on improvements to the Hybrid scheduling experience. Let's jump right into the updates!

New Personal Schedule Page

We have introduced a new page in the web portal and mobile app which allows you to see at a glance your schedule for the upcoming two weeks and plan your visits to the office. With the new page, we put you in control of your agenda and provide you with all the necessary information to decide when you want to go to the office.

From the Schedule page you are able to:

• See when you are in the office and when working from home

• Book a desk with 1-click and check it out on the floorplan

• Check-in for the day

• Edit and cancel your reservations

• Review your meeting schedule and add a room If you want
