OfficeRnD Hybrid now offers native integration with Brivo for automated check-in of employees.
What the integration supports:
Inform us when people enter the office facility for the first time and we'll create a Global check-in for them
We will check them in for any booking that requires a check-in but only if the booking check-in window* is currently open
* Check-in window = this depends on the booking policy check-in settings you have applied to your resources. If you have set up the time window to 30 minutes and the Employee enters the office at 8:00 and has a desk booking for 8:30, we will automatically check them in for the desk too.
Keep in mind that in order to record check-ins automatically, you have to ensure the users are created and match in both platforms ( Hybrid and Brivo ).
What the integration currently does not support :
Syncing users or providing and removing access. You can do this through Brivo.
