New in Visitor Hub: MS Teams Notifications Now Live!

Another week has flown by, meaning it's time for a new exciting product update!

We're thrilled to announce that our Visitor Hub just got an upgrade. Hosting visitors and receiving deliveries is now even more seamless with the addition of MS Teams notifications. This adds up to the existing notification channels - email and mobile app push notifications in the OfficeRnD Hybrid work app.

Instant Alerts: Receive real-time notifications directly on your MS Teams, ensuring you are promptly informed about visitors and deliveries.

Improved Efficiency: Manage visitors and deliveries more efficiently without disrupting your workflow, all thanks to the tool you already use on the daily.

The notifications are triggered:

• To the host when visitors arrive and are checked in via the Visitor Hub app or the admin page.

• To the delivery recipient when deliveries are registered via the Visitor Hub app.
