Happy Friday! We're excited to present you two exciting new updates in OfficeRnD Hybrid. Let's jump right in!

Default Booking Privacy Settings

Now, you can set default privacy settings for Desk and Space bookings across your organization.

Ideal for privacy-focused organizations, you can now make all Desk and/or Space bookings private by default—no need for each user to adjust settings individually.

Key Benefits:

Enhanced Privacy: Ensure booking privacy by default, organization-wide.

Easy Setup: Configure this feature under Admin Portal > Settings > Privacy tab.

Users still have the flexibility to adjust privacy for individual bookings or update their own default privacy settings through their Profile.

Drill Down in Utilization Widgets in Data Hub

We’re excited to announce another new update this time in Data Hub - the Drill Down feature in our Utilization Widgets, designed to provide you with a deeper view into your data. Now, you can click on specific values for a detailed breakdown, allowing you to analyze trends and resource usage at a granular level.

Key Benefits:

Improved Decision-Making: Get detailed insights to make more informed decisions.

Enhanced Efficiency: Quickly access the data you need without navigating multiple screens, saving time and effort.

Where to use the new feature:

  • Overview Dashboard: Drill down by Utilization Rate, by Resource Type; Daily Utilization Rate and by Resource Type

  • Desk Dashboard: Drill down by Daily Desks Utilization, Weekly or Monthly Desks Utilization Rates, and Neighborhood Utilization Rates

  • Spaces Dashboard: Drill down by Daily, Weekly or Monthly Spaces Utilization Rates

We hope you've found these new updates beneficial. Give them a try and let us know what you think!
