📣 New Booking Updates

We’re excited to announce that with our newest updates it's now easier than ever for you to see when a resource is available or not via OfficeRnD Hybrid Office Map.

Key new enhancements UX enhancements: 

At a glance timeline: You can now easily view when a meeting room or another resource is available or occupied, so you can book an open time slot.

A new button for easy booking: We are also adding a “Book another time” button when viewing an occupied meeting room, so you  can book it for another time slot.

More actionable error message: For other resource types like hot desks, etc., if you select a time slot that's taken , the error message is now more actionable and clearly states when the resource is occupied, allowing you to book it when available.

Consistency in experience: Last but not least, the all-day toggle behavior is now more consistent and logical for bookable-by-time resources.

We are announcing a new and enhanced way to book meeting rooms and other resources.

Scan a QR to book “by time”: You can now scan a QR code for bookable-by-time resources like meeting rooms, etc., select a start/end time, and create a booking.
