New Floorplan Builder

We introduced a revamped floorplan builder which is super quick and easy to set up. Now you can create and manage your floorplan with a few clicks.

You need to upload an image of your floorplan and then you land directly into the builder. By dragging and dropping desks and spaces you create resources that immediately appear on the web portal and mobile app.

• We also introduced a navigation panel that allows you to quickly find the desks and spaces you are looking for.

• We have significantly improved the zooming and panning. Now they are very smooth and with the fit option, you can always find what you are searching for.

• Bulk edit is also available when you select multiple desks or spaces.

Improvements to Neighborhoods

It has never been easier to create Neighborhoods in OfficeRnD! You just need to select multiple desks in the new Floorplan Builder, click Add neighborhood and you are done.

Neighborhoods allow admins to assign areas of the office to specific teams (e.g. Sales, IT, Finance). Neighborhoods enable admins to quickly:

• Make one zone of your office available only for a specific team or employees

• Set booking policy and amenities for all desks or spaces in this area

• Clearly see on the floorplan where a designated neighborhood is situated
