Introducing Smart Booking Recurrence
Kicking off September with an exciting new update!
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of a new feature in OfficeRnD Hybrid, designed to make your employees' workspace booking experience smoother and more efficient: Smart Booking Recurrence!
With Smart Booking Recurrence, employees can now easily make recurring bookings with enhanced convenience.
How it works
When booking a desk or any other bookable resource for a recurring period, the system will automatically suggest alternative available options if the originally selected resource is not available for the entire duration. This may include a combination of similar resources on the same floor, neighborhood, amenities and capacity that can be paired with employees' original preference.
With click the user can then book the combination of resources, thus completing the recurring booking.
Why it matters
This new feature enhances the overall booking experience by eliminating dead-ends. No more frustration when employees' preferred desks are unavailable—our smart solution will find the best possible alternatives, making easier the planning of workdays without hassle.
Smart Booking Recurrence is now available on both the Employee Web Portal and MS Teams.
