Introducing New Booking Notifications for a Better Experience

Booking Reminder Notifications

Do you want to enhance your office attendance management? We've got you covered! We're thrilled to introduce a valuable addition to our notification system: booking reminder emails. Users can now receive a reminder 24 hours before their scheduled bookings for all bookable resources, including desks and spaces. This upgrade will help you reduce no-shows more effectively, even without mandatory check-ins. You can enable this feature at the click of a button. And that’s not all! The reminder emails can be fully customized to meet your specific needs.

Delegate Booking Notifications

Admins and Team Leads can now receive a copy of email notifications whenever they book, edit, or cancel a booking on behalf of another user. This feature ensures they stay informed and maintain oversight of all booking activities. While this notification is turned OFF by default to respect individual preferences, it can be easily enabled for those who wish to benefit from this added layer of transparency.
