We're thrilled to announce the launch of Custom Fields, now available in Visitor Hub, giving you more control and flexibility in managing visitor information.

Admins can now add custom fields in the tablet flows, allowing these to be displayed as part of the required documents for visitors to complete during check-in on the Visitor Hub app. These fields will also be recorded in the Visitor log and can be exported for easy tracking and analysis. The following custom field types are now accessible:

Phone number

Text

Single-choice

Multiple-choice

Common custom fields can include visitors' phone numbers, company names, car plates, ZIP codes, addresses, and newsletter opt-ins.

Why are custom fields important to have?

• Enhanced Security Compliance: Collect detailed visitor information to ensure compliance with security protocols and to create a digital log for easy monitoring and auditing, ultimately strengthening your overall security management.

• Advanced Data Utilization: Utilize captured data to gain better insights into visitor trends and behaviors.

• Improved Flexibility: Rename the display names of the Full Name, Email, and Host to better fit your branding and terminology.
