Edit of multiple employees is now available!

Are you managing a big organization?

As the admin of such, you are responsible for managing employee data and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurately aligned between all solutions within your company's tech stack. With the new Bulk Edit of Employees features in OfficeRnD, this task becomes easier and simplified, saving you valuable time and effort.

This feature lets you make Bulk changes to employee information, including:

• Location

• Primary Team

• Additional Team(s)

• Status

By selecting the employees needing a change in any of those fields, you can quickly and easily update their information without editing each employee individually.

In addition, this feature helps maintain data accuracy across the entire organization, reducing the risk of errors or inconsistencies. By making bulk updates, you can ensure that all employee information is consistent and up to date with a few quick clicks.

However, please note that any Admins in the selection will lose access to both Admin and Web Portals if the Status is changed to Former.

To use this feature, select the employees you want to make changes to and click Edit to open the dialog. All changes will overwrite the existing values of the selected employees.

A Bulk Delete operation is also available, but it should be handled with care as the process is irreversible. Deleting an employee will also delete all of their bookings. We've added confirmation step just in case, so you can proceed with the deletion by typing DELETE.

The bulk-edit feature is available both on employees and on a team level. As an admin, you can edit an entire team from the Team page.
