December 2021 Updates: Simplified Floorplan Booking

Simplified bookings from the Floorplan in the Web Portal

Bookings are at the heart of our solution and we will never stop improving them. Our latest release is focused on simplifying the bookings from the Floorplan. When you click on a desk or a space a quick booking modal appears from which you can:

• Book a desk/space with one-click

• Make a booking for a specific timeslot or for the entire day

• Set a recurring booking

After the successful booking, you stay on the floorplan where you can see your desk.

Improvements to the Employee Import

We are constantly working to make your setup process as easy as possible. Now you can import your employees with a few clicks and start using the platform:

• Quickly access the import from the Employees page

• Download and fill in the simplified template

• Upload the CSV and check it for mistakes

• Invite employees directly to the platform
